Account changes​

  • Upgrade plan when sustained usage exceeds limits.
  • Add new domains based on plan allowances.
  • Review user access roles periodically.

Deletion and closure actions​

Before deleting website/account:

  1. Confirm backup exists and is downloadable.
  2. Confirm customer approval.
  3. Confirm impact on email and DNS.
  4. Execute deletion.
  5. Document completion and closure timestamp.
